Courtney has been in the travel industry since 1990 and has held positions as Customer Service & Call Centre Manager, Director of Operations, and Branch Manager at various travel companies in Toronto. He is currently General Manager at Craig Travel, where he ensures the smooth running of the days operations of the organization and enjoys learning a different side of the travel business than he has been exposed to. The challenge is exciting! He’s passionate about flying to exotic destinations around the world to meet some of the most wonderful people on our planet and enjoying their local cuisine and culture. Some of his favourite destinations thus far include Fiji, Italy, and Greece but he has also visited Brazil, France, Holland (Amsterdam), Hawaii, Mexico, many of the Caribbean Islands, and has also travelled throughout the United States. He hopes travelling to the Scandinavian countries or the Maldives will be in his near future…gotta keep that bucket list full!
