The ground may be white in Canada, but it’s green in Ireland….emerald green. As Canadians, the thought of lush green fields, wonderful coastlines, quaint villages and warm, inviting local pubs is certainly a pleasant thought. Anticipating a journey to this enchanting destination is one terrific way to get you through the icy cold winter.

Ireland is not an island to be rushed through, so we have planned a leisurely paced itinerary, staying mostly two or three nights in each of our carefully selected hotels. On most days two hearty meals are included and the Irish food is delicious. Our leisurely pace allows you some time to explore on your own discovering local shops or neighbourhood pubs where you will encounter the heart of Ireland, the Irish people.

As in past years, we are offering four departures in the spring and fall of 2020…May, June and two departures in September. This is one of our most popular and endearing annual adventures! Early booking is highly recommended as most departures sell out early.

Our itinerary is a true circumnavigation of the island, takes us to the north, south, east and west, as we explore all that the best that Ireland has to offer. From historic Belfast we travel to the Beautiful Glens of Antrim with their rolling hills and dramatic views of the sea. The Giants Causeway, one of Ireland’s most famous sites, is a natural wonder with a fantastic tale of giants that one really must experience to appreciate.

Continuing around around the island counter-clockwise brings us to the west coast. The rugged beauty is showcased by the spectacular landscapes and scenery of the Cliffs of Moher, the Dingle Peninsula and the inspiring Ring of Kerry. Our journey ends with three nights in the beautiful city of Dublin which, it is said, is as intimate as a village and as friendly as a pub!

Each day will provide us with new and different opportunities, not only to experience all of the sites, but also to get to know the Irish people, who are some of the most friendly and welcoming in the world! Ireland’s heritage is not limited to just its museums and galleries; it’s alive in the stories, songs and traditions across the island.

If you have not yet visited Ireland, I highly recommend this delightful journey. Reserve your space now and take advantage of our early booking bonus, which will save you $200 per person on some of our departures!

Space is filling quickly and savings are only available for a limited time so contact us today.
