Spring is in the air, and with it many of us are planning and dreaming of the incredible things we could do with our gardens over the next few months. Inspiration comes from many places: the colourful magazines and flower catalogues, the blooming beauties we see out on our walks, the flower shows of years gone past and the incredible trips we have taken throughout the world. We are headed into spring 2021 knowing that we may continue to spend much of our free time at home and with that knowledge we can better plan (and pre-order) our desired plants for the upcoming year.

As a community of world travellers, many of us also share a passion for capturing the beauty of our world with photography. There’s something special to capture everywhere, whether it be images of hidden landscapes, the fascinating world of animals, or the abundant diversity of cultures and the incredible treasures they inspire. Whatever it may be, we will soon feel blessed again with opportunities to travel - truly one of life’s greatest privileges - and we will once again enjoy showcasing that passion through our photos.

Despite not having the opportunity to travel this past year, our photo contest was in full swing and this month we are thrilled to announce the winners. Perhaps you spent an afternoon reviewing the many photos you’ve taken on previous journeys and found one or two special ones to send us. It is always nice to reminisce over images of past journeys and remember those fun times.
