Head to La Baie and tour the Musée du Fjord to admire the frescoes covering every nook and corner of barber and painter Arthur Villeneuve’s home. Founded by the British in 1749, Halifax still has a British military air about it. Every day at noon, a ceremonial gun is fired at the Halifax Citadel, a star-shaped fortress where the guides wear military uniforms. The exhibits have a more seafaring slant at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and include the nearly 100-year-old Acadia.

Explore Canada's oldest continuing museum, the New Brunswick, where displays include the skeletal remains of a rare North Atlantic right whale. Prices DO NOT INCLUDE the cost of insurance which is available and is highly recommended. Premiums vary with the cost, length of the trip, and the traveller’s age. For passengers up to and including 74 years on departure date, premiums will range from $314 to $520pp plus applicable taxes. Cost supplements for travellers aged 75-85 will range from $186 to $414pp. Clients 86 years and older and/or clients residing outside Ontario please contact a Sales Specialist for procedures. This insurance is effective from the date of purchase and carries limitations on pre-existing medical conditions. Please discuss your insurance coverage prior to booking.
